3 more days will mark my 1 year with this company, I was fired today, I was on a final warning, but they recently introduced a new program (about a week ago)
I was pulled into a meeting a week prior to discuss and acknowledge this new attendance program, They had expressed it was a post system. A max of 8 points before you get let go.
I was at 6 I was late yesterday which was .5 of a point.
I expressed it doesn’t make sense to implement a new program but to bring in the past.

They said the reason they let me go is cause I was already on the edge but if the point system was already in effect and I had 1.5points left over how can that be fair?
