I have been employed as a hairstylist for 10 months and have never been given written or verbal warnings about being terminated. Today at the end of my shift and end of my worknweek I was told I am not a good fit for the job and to pack my things and was given my pay and tips for this week and one week severnce pay. I wasnt given any reason other then I wasnt a good fit. Am I entitled to more. Am I entitled to unemployment insurance what are my rights?
