My employer gave me a new contract today. It says I have to forgo my right to constructive dismissal. Are they legally allowed to take these right from me?

Thanks for contacting us. We strongly advise you not to sign the contract before you have it reviewed by one of our lawyers. In cases like this a new contract generally introduces terms that are unfavorable to the employee, like the constructive dismissal clause that you identified, so please give us a call to schedule a consultation.
