I was fired my job when i tried to put 2 weeks notice in. It has been 2 weeks and i havent been paid yet. am i entitled to a full 2 week pay or just the hours worked and is there a time frame in which i am suppose to get paid for?

Thanks for your question. Based on the information your provided, it appears that you would be owed 2 weeks' pay at the very least. You may be entitled to more depending on the circumstances of your resignation and termination. Give us a call at the number below to discuss your situation in more detail. We would be happy to help in any way we can.
