I’ve been harassed for 2 years at my job only picking on me. There’s been several other people with incidents and accidents at work and no one has gotten any discipline. It’s only me I have written basically everything down. I had a problem with attendance which was due to depression but it’s insane how much they’re targeting me

If you have not put forth a formal complaint in writing to the company (preferably its HR department) about the workplace issues you should do so immediately and ask that the company investigate your concerns. If you have already done so, I recommend you contact our firm to speak with one of our employment lawyers so we can more thoroughly discuss the workplace issues with you and determine the best course of action to take at this time.
