I informed that I have to go for medical appointment totaling 6.30 hours in two weeks with out any interruptions to my work. They docked my pay for 7.30 hours in two weeks. Is that okay?

Thank you for your question. Unless you have a contractual right to paid sick leave your employer is not obligated to pay for that time. However, it appears that your employer has overdeducted, and as such you should be requesting payroll to fix the mistake. Otherwise, they could owe you for unpaid wages, a right that can be enforce at the ministry of labour as long as it is within two years.
