I lost my job a week after my three month probation ended. They didn't have a reason for terminating me only that "it wasn't working out" I've never been written up or told that I wasn't doing a good job at all. To summarize, they fired me with out reason. Is this legal?

Unfortunately, your employer can terminate you at any time, for any reason, as long as that reason is not discriminatory and as long as they provide you with the appropriate severance. I recommend reaching out to an employment lawyer at the number below in order to ensure that you have been provided with the appropriate amount of severance.
