I’ve passed my probation period and my boss fired me without any reason. I asked for a letter stating why they fired me and or a letter of dismissal and they said they don’t have to give me one.

Depending on how much you were paid in severance (or if you were paid severance) that sounds like it could be a wrongful dismissal. Even employees with a short tenure can be entitled to severance equal to several months of their pay.
