Hello I worked for the bank for 11 years. I was an exemplary employee during this time receiving several promotions raises etc. I signed a termination agreement where they paid me for 9 months. This was after 3 performance reviews. I now feel I was wrongly dismissed for next to nothing. Can I now go back and sue the bank or is it too late? I have already received the last of the payments about 5 months ago. Thanks

You cannot challenge the package if you signed a Release favourable to the bank, which was likely part of the termination agreement you are referring to. That said, we can review your documents and provide you with definitive legal advice if you contact us at the number below.
