Wrongfully dismissed. Co worker. Immigrant repeatedly making conversation about my heritage. Regardless of how often I attempted to avoid her. Then. I responded with a remark about Canadian gov., not ensuring immigrants speak one of our official languages. She reported it. Apparently the term immigrant is now unacceptable in work place. Better yet. It's okay for her to use term, but not a Canadian? This is a question I was asked by the individual who was terminated.
