I had brought up a pretty big safety issue at my place of work.. the managers wanted nothing but to cover it up.. I asked tj be in a different department so my job wasnt at risk. They had agreed to do so. Within two weeks I had a write up over multiple customer complaints. When i have not had a one in the year of being tthere. They wanted to give me severance which personally think is less then they should be giving me with signing my rights away at the same time.
