My employer literally just fired me today because “my disability stood in the way of me excelling at my job”. He had tried to find me other placement inside the factory but when the proved difficult, they decided to just let me go. Was wondering if this was legal or ok at all? Or should they have found me more suitable placement?

Thank you for your question. My name is Jon Pinkus and I am an employment lawyer with Samfiru Tumarkin LLP.
