I was fired from my job that I have invested 10 years of my life on accusations by staff that I was absusive to residents. I have a clean file with company and I wouldn’t ever to this. These accusations happened at beginning of new year . This also happened 41/2 years ago when I was trying to better myself and open up more opportunities , l went back to school to become a personal support worker (P.S.W) . While doing my placement, the manager made false accusations of me being rude to a resident and said had a witness which was false cuz a year later l spoke to this staff member and she told me she wasn’t not a witness , this whole incident was made up cuz l had seniority and management was listening to her staff . How does one fight with this accusation that is false defend themselves. I’m 53 years old and wouldn’t do something like this . Please help me
