What are legitimate reasons to terminate with cause? My husbands employer and union rep have advised that they are planning to dismiss him after he has not returned to work from a medical stress leave, the last communication to them was March 8 where he advised he would be seeing his doctor again. They are citing his CBA states that they can terminate him after 3 days, understood, is this legitimate cause?
