My last three paychecks have bounced. My employer has come good for one but not the others. He says that he has made an EFT but no deposit in my account. Pay week is this week and I have zero confidence that that this check will clear. He currently owes me over $9000.00 I do some work from home as well as at the office, can I refuse to make the one hour drive and work from?

One of the options available to you is to end the employment relationship and pursue the unpaid wages and termination pay from your employer. Other alternatives include remaining employed but pursuing the unpaid wages through a complaint to the Ministry of Labour, so I encourage you to contact us at the number below to discuss the pros and cons of the different courses of actions available to you so that you can make an informed decision.
