When you get your roe to go on ei medical leave and after they thought you quit even though you did not quit and had no vacation pay to cover yourself for mental health problems I have all documents and emails even my roe said unknown on when I will be back did not say I quit what do I do???

If your employer did not contact you to discuss your return to work following a medical leave of absence, and instead terminated your employment for job abandonment, this may amount to discrimination. You should speak with a lawyer to discuss your entitlements.
