I was terminated via text because of silly rumours, I'm owed 3 days pay, 5000.00 in company expenses occurred on my credit card and 7 years of termination pay and I still have personal belongings in my office. The owner told me he is not paying me and it's inhis lawyers hands. Can he legally with hold this? And who should I contact to get this paid?

What you have described does not sound as though it amounts to cause for dismissal, I would strongly recommend you speak with an employment lawyer. Employers can not withhold your wages. Expenses can be withheld if they have not be submitted in accordance with the Company’s expense policy or if they violated the expense policy in some way, such as not being pre-approved if required to have been prior to incurring the expense.
