I am currently on mat leave and was trying to coordinate with my work to use vacation prior to returning to work. I was not given any approval so am still technically on mat leave and was let go yesterday. Is this wrongful dismissal

Can I be fired for a flashback

My department consisted of both production and Quality production.I have been told that my responsibilities will be solely Quality and my department except for quality issues will be handled by someone else.My department has been the highest production wise of the plant.I have had personnel issues with a few operators .Is this now a form of constructive dismissal.

if I have a car accident with a company vehicle off work hours that I have permission to use, as I have informed them I have no accesss to a vehicle currently and they try to make me pay the deductible and I refuse is this grounds for dismissal
