Add Comment Question: Hello I worked for the bank for 11 years. I was an exemplary employee during this time receiving several promotions raises etc. I signed a termination agreement where they paid me for 9 months. This was after 3 performance reviews. I now feel I was wrongly dismissed for next to nothing. Can I now go back and sue the bank or is it too late? I have already received the last of the payments about 5 months ago. Thanks Answer: You cannot challenge the package if you signed a Release favourable to the bank, which was likely part of the termination agreement you are referring to.
