Can you get job back if wrongfully dismissed

If you are terminated from your employment you generally cannot get your job back. However, if there is a human rights aspect to you claim (for instance, if your employer discriminated against you) and a human rights claim were pursued, there are some occassions, albeit rare, where a Tribunal could order you to be returned to work.
