My daughter works for a childcare company. They change her shifts randomly, have been changing her place of works and giving her split shifts at different sites. The supervisor has favourites and give hours to those people and cuts my daughter's hours even though she has seniority. The supervisor is best buddies with the owners of the organisation. Is there anything she can do?

If you daughter has agreed to these changes by not protesting the changes and continuing to work then unfortunately she has acquiesced to the company's ability to change her shifts and cannot claim constructive dismissal at this point.
