Was dismissed for asking questions about travel time, being called well working about being at another client's home and asking why schedule wasn't check and please do so next time and telling a scheduler/trainer/manager she never told me something she thinks she did and if she didn't allow me to continue my conversation I'd record her and call backa and speak to a supervisor. Is this rights to be dismissed and told it as I'm rude to employees which I highly doubt anyone else would say.

If you worked in a non-unionized environment, your employer may have been able to terminate you by providing you with notice or payment in lieu of notice. There may be issues with the fact that you were trying to enforce your rights or entitlements under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 or a company policy. Please review your potential entitlements using the Severance Calculator and give our office a call for a consult.
