The employee works for a large company for 31 years, at 65 years of age Employee can not keep up with increased production requests do to the lack of staff from mass retirements. The Employee now faces stepped reprimands for non conformance. The Employee will face loss of pension if he is terminated.

My name is David Vaughan and I am an employment lawyer with Samfiru Tumarkin. The employer will not be able to establish just cause for termination given these circumstances, especially due to your 31 years of service. However, it's important to expressly respond to reprimands to ensure you've notified your employer that you do not agree with same. Please contact our firm to discuss the matter in more detail.
