My employment as office manager was just terminated without cause after 7+ years. I received 8 weeks pay in lieu of notice but without vacation pay. According to ESA I'm entitled to 6% but my employer said that since I already took 5 days paid vacation this year that she's not paying it. I had 3 weeks of paid vacation per year instead of a % on my pay. I am 49 years old and will likely have trouble finding an equivalent job in a rural area.

Hello, you should absolutely contact our firm to discuss your outstanding vacation pay and notice entitlements. I highly recommend you use our severance pay calculator to see what your legal entitlements are now that you have been terminated (https://www.severancepaycalculator.com/).
