I was fired in the middle of a open harassment case again my district manager to which I was witness on a number of incidents. I believe this is why I was let go. I had two write ups for one issue that was no longer an issue, this was there reason for dismissal, they had to pay me out severance and in lieu of pay for 20 weeks. Would this classify as a wrongful dismissal?

It very well could be. Terminating someone because they’ve made a complaint of harassment is known as a reprisal termination and is illegal. It may also be that you’re entitled to more than 20 weeks severance. I recommend contacting an employment lawyer at the number below to review your case.
