I was suspended from work and my employer wouldn't tell me if it was with or with out pay. The reason was I got in an argument with a friend and she, being vindictive complained to my boss. An hour later I was called to say my boss was coming to pick up my work keys, at this point he fired me stating he "didn't like the way I shook his hand" I was an extremely dependable and hard working employee, is this fair?
