I work in a kitchen as a cook. I have only called in to work sick 2 times this year, I have been working her for 2 years. I just called in sick for the third time this year, my boss kept telling me to come in 2 hours later. I told my boss I was too sick to come into work. Can I get fired if I do not show up to work today?

I hope you don't lose your job but if you do please call us at the number below to discuss your entitlements and the best way to pursue the matter against your employer.
