I came to work monday this week, and out of no where they said that scheduling isn't working, and they didn't know where my heads at. That being said they said we can either part companies or take a huge paycut and continue employment. There was no other conversations leading up to this and they said I would have full support of training for 1 year. Needless to say 8 months later here we are!
