I work part-time in a grocery store in the cash office I was looking for more work to save money we have a pharmacy in our store that was looking for a part-time person I applied and they said ok. I let my supervisor know so I could coordinate hours with her when I started. She however informed the owner of the store who went to the director of the pharmacy and told them that they are stealing his employees so all of a sudden I'm no longer getting hired even though I'm hired in they're system. I was told all this from a full time employee that works in pharmacy what are my rights here

If you were hired and the hiring was retracted, this is a termination and you should receive termination pay. Please contact our firm to discuss the matter in more detail and determine how we can assist you.
