I have worked at my job for just over a year. I have had zero complaints on my record a 2$ an hour pay raise in the first 3 months and nothing but compliments. Yesterday when i came back from my lunch they were holding interviews for my job. I am still working but have had no indication as to why they have posted my job and are about to fire me.

Your employer may still let you go, even with a strong performance record. If that does occur, make sure you are paid the appropriate amount of severence by using our Ontario Severance Pay Calculator (www.severencepaycalculator.com), and give us a call at the number below should you have any questions or concerns.
