I was given a written warning for inappropriate behaviour on November 20, 2019. I formally objected to the content of the warning via email and requested an opportunity to speak with HR and my management team regarding the warning. Then on November 25, 2019 I was dismissed without conduct. Is this grounds for retaliation dismissal?

Unless you were exercising a right you have pursuant to the Employment Standards Act then your employer can terminate you without cause as long as they provide you with a fair severance package. Please use the following link to determine what a fair package would be in your circumstances (severancepaycalculator.com/) and then contact us at the number below for a consultation to discuss your situation.
