I was terminated after I was suspended for 2 weeks with pay due to a complaint I had made to hr over harassment and racial abuse by the manager. I was told that my termination was in the best interest of the businessc and I was offered 1 week of severance pay. Can they fire me for making a harassment complaint on management?
