Add Comment Question: After going on medical leave for depression and a relapse I was fired a week after returning. I was asking to have my hours cut to part time so I could seek help for myself and also have the time to deal with family court and was refused. Shortly after that i was fired. I asked why and was told they dont have to give me a reason. Answer: I would strongly recommend that you speak with a lawyer, this may amount to disability or perceived disability discrimination, failure to accommodate and wrongful dismissal.
