Add Comment Question: I’ve been sent home from April 8th and today April 24. HR or Union hasn’t contacted me since I’ve called both maybe 40 times have the phone records to prove it and when I went in to my work place today to ask what was goin with my situation an they just gave me a run around and sent me home again to wait for a call. I didn’t steal anything I didn’t hurt or threaten anybody I simply scanned a boarding pass and didn’t swab and for that I got sent home I didn’t violate any SOP. So I wanna know do I have a case?
