Add Comment Question: I was terminated without cause and given 4 weeks of severance (3 by law and an extra week). They cut off my benefits the next day after termination and red light reinstated them when I complained but than cut them off after 3 weeks saying they didn't have to provide a fourth week. Severance is pay and all benefits. When fired I was told I was getting 4 weeks...
