I’m a mom of three kids just getting back into the work force about 6 months ago. My hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday. Recently due to summer and school being done I have to switch daycare- ONLY for the summer- and the only one I can find only offers care 8:30-4:30. So I’d only be able to work 9-4. My boss is threatening termination. Do I have any rights? I love my job. I need my job. I want this to be my lifelong career.
