Hello,

I was let go 2 days go under the pretense that the employer had a specific culture in mind for the company, and that i did not fit into it. I had worked there for 2 years and 11 months and that was never an issue until a new manager came in and started firing other employees and bringing his own workers from his previous employment. Should i be looking for legal representation?

Thank you

Generally an employer is entitled to terminate you at any time, without even having to provide a reason why, as long as you are terminated on a 'without cause' basis and paid out your severance entitlements. I have copied for you below a link to our Severance Pay Calculator which can provide you with an estimate as to what you might be owed.

I highly recommend you contract the number below to schedule a consult with one of our employment lawyers so we can better assess your entitlements.
