Over 5 years ago signed a basic contract which stated 2 weeks notice they terminate. Can I seek further severance. The document was never updated and contained no termination details
The notice in your original employment contract may not be enforceable, as it may not comply with the minimum standards. I would recommend having it reviewed by a lawyer.
