58 years old, director of economic development, 19 years of service, recorded disability. Municipality is restructuring and already said the director of economic development would exist long term but won’t define long term. They have repeated suggested retirement know they are asking me to define my role as I transition to the final chapter. This is their language. I have indicated I have no plans to retire. What do I do.
