if I have a car accident with a company vehicle off work hours that I have permission to use, as I have informed them I have no accesss to a vehicle currently and they try to make me pay the deductible and I refuse is this grounds for dismissal

Thanks for writing to us. Depending on the circumstances and whether you receive severance pay or not, this could amount to a wrongful dismissal. To find out what you could be owed, use our severance pay calculator (www.SeverancePayCalculator.com). If you are dismissed, do not sign or agree to anything until you speak to us first. I recommend that you contact us at the number below in order to discuss your situation in further detail with a lawyer. We would be pleased to help you in any way that we can.
