I contacted Workplace Health and Safety regarding some safety concerns. An inspector came to our place of work and performed an inspection. When his report came in, I was terminated without cause. Is this wrongful dismissal ?

The timing of your termination is suspicious and makes it likely that the company punished you for reporting your safety concerns externally. That is a wrongful dismissal and you are owed pay in lieu of notice as well as additional damages for bad faith in the manner of termination. Please contact us at the number below to discuss your situation further and determine the most effective way to recover your entitlements.
