I am a dental assistant. I was terminated without cause on February10 at the end of the day, starting immediately. Termination letter says i will get paid 2 weeks pay in lieu of notice. I am given a release form asking to sign that I will not take any action against them. If I sign the release, they will give 1 more extra week's pay.
All this happened after I submitted a complaint against co-worker who was yelling at me.
