In a dismissal letter they included "Lastly, you are not entitled onto any of "The Companies" properties or systems. The Company expects you to respect this decision". This is a global company, they are not providing a timeframe and it s open ended, so does this mean they are saying I can't work for any of their customers, or work for any supplier of theirs?
The statement quoted in your question does not stop you from working for your former employer's customers or suppliers.
