I was dismissed first thing this morning. No warning.
They had hired back an old employee "to work along side me" on monday. I trained her. Then i was let go. Paper work that was given to me states that i was given notice on january 17 2020. I was not. Termination paperwork also states an old employees name and their termination date.
Can i do anything?

An employer has the right to terminate you at any time, without even having to provide a reason why, as long as you are terminated on a without cause basis and paid your severance entitlements.
