I’m employed with the bank and currently on short term disability leave. I was contacted by my manager and encouraged to resign, because he claimed that I’m under the investigation by the corporation security department. If the corporation security finds any evidence that they can terminate me with a cause, I will not be able to find a job again in the banking industry in the rest of my life. I have no idea whether my manager is telling me the truth or not. I’m hoping to get some advice from the employment lawyers. Thank you!
