Is my employer allowed to lay me off for the suspision off drugs and alcohol they told me they got complaint that I was using drugs at work I refused I told them I get depressed and then 2 weeks later same things and then pretty much fired me or saying he gonna lay me off but they been trying to find a reason to fire me because I been challenging them on the safety at work and had to fight to get water on job...etc when they hired me they knew I smoked
