I feel I was wrongfully dismissed I work in industrial commercial construction and I asked my former 4 or 5 times for proper safety equipment to achieve 100 % tie off not fulfilling my requests I got fired I have witnesses to back up my claim . Then I was verbally and told to get the fuck off my site I also have witnesses to that effect . Can i suit for lost wages and lost career.
