I was fired due to harassment. The allegations made against me, are from fellow coworkers who are also best friends. I have been having problems with one of them in which was reported multiple times to management. They ignored my complaints and kept putting me back on the floor with her three months later I’m being fired for harassment for apparently making comments to another coworker .
I am very adamant when I tell you I would never ever tell this coworker anything and her accusations are 100% lies. My union neglected the situation as well as my employer for many years what do I do?
