I was fired unexpectedly with no notice and repremands in my file. I am part of a union so there any sort of recourse for their actions. I did not receive any notification, an roe, or anything except a grievance meeting that I have no time or date at the moment
Thank you for your question. You should speak to your union representative right away about filing a grievance. Unfortunately, since you are unionized, that is the only recourse you have.
