I have been harassed off and on since July by a security guard at work. And February 6th we had a verbal altercation and I decided to go on stress leave. I did advise the HR girl that I was going to go on stress leave and she said to go get a doctor's note. as of February 11th I received a letter in the mail stating that my employment has been terminated effective immediately. I did send in my doctor's note because I was not aware that I had this letter coming to me and I thought I had 10 days to get a doctor's note.
